Changes in the layout

I'm dropping the "Last [X] workouts" stuff in the sidebar. I haven't been using that tracking program for some time. Most of my stuff is now via SportTracks, and I am not quite as . . . attentive when it comes to counting the miles on my shoes anymore. (I have noticed that, as a daily runner, my running stride is much improved, even if it isn't much faster.)
