Random thought

I've been asked on several occasions why I write this. After all, my daily readership can be counted on the fingers of a blind, epileptic carpenter, so it's not for fame, glory or infamy. I write it because I feel like it, and, if I were more diligent, it would be good practice for NaNoWriMo.

Then again, if I wanted an audience, I'd write about porn or politics.

The Dark Side of the Pooh

Random observation I made some time ago: the voices of Kaa (from the Jungle Book) and Winnie the Pooh (at least, in four different, early movies) are the same. Once you make that connection, Winnie the Pooh always seems a bit . . . creepier, like he's about to maul Piglet or Rabbit or something.
